What's included with my order?
Each set includes high-quality ABS bricks developed by BlueRidge Co.™ and a digital instruction manual for a seamless assembly.
How do I access the instruction manual?
To access the digital instruction manual, simply scan the QR code located in/on the packaging of the product.
Do you accept custom orders?
Unfortunately, we do not accept custom orders at this time. However, we always value input from our community, so please feel free to reach out to us through our social media channels to share your creative ideas and suggestions!
I received a damaged/defective item, what should I do?
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged/defective product, please do the following:
If your item is damaged, take detailed photos of the damage.
If your item is missing pieces, double-check your entire set. If you are certain that pieces are missing, take photos/screenshots of the instructions and clearly mark the pieces and quantities that you are in need of.
Send the photos over to us at support@blueridgeaccessories.com where someone from our customer service team will get back to you via email during working hours.

Yes! BlueRidge Co. proudly offers free tracked and insured worldwide delivery on all orders.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours.

How do I change my shipping address?
To update your shipping details before your order has been shipped, please contact us.
Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to update the shipping details.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers at the time of purchase.
Returns & Cancellations
How do I cancel my order?
To request cancellation of an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us.
Please note that an order is no longer elligible for cancellation once it has been shipped. Once shipped, in order for a refund to be initiated, the products in your order must first be returned.

How do I return my order?
If you need to return an order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Please note that the return process cannot be started until delivery has been completed, and that returns can only be initiated within this timeframe.
