Each set includes high-quality ABS bricks developed by BlueRidge Co.™ and a digital instruction manual for a seamless assembly.
To access the digital instruction manual, simply scan the QR code located in/on the packaging of the product.
Unfortunately, we do not accept custom orders at this time. However, we always value input from our community, so please feel free to reach out to us through our social media channels to share your creative ideas and suggestions!
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged/defective product, please do the following:
If your item is damaged, take detailed photos of the damage.
If your item is missing pieces, double-check your entire set. If you are certain that pieces are missing, take photos/screenshots of the instructions and clearly mark the pieces and quantities that you are in need of.
Send the photos over to us at support@blueridgeco.store where someone from our customer service team will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping
Yes! BlueRidge Co. proudly offers free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Orders are typically processed and assigned a tracking number within 48 hours, but in some cases, may take up to 3-5 business days to be processed.
You will be notified via email as soon as your order has been shipped.
After the processing of your order, our free worldwide shipping offers fully trackable delivery in just 10-15 days, depending on your location.

Pre-orders placed in 2024 are currently expected to ship out in March.

Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to update the shipping details.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers at the time of purchase.
Returns & Cancellations
To request cancellation of an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us.
Please note that an order is no longer elligible for cancellation once it has been shipped. Once shipped, in order for a refund to be initiated, the products in your order must first be returned.

Please note that the return process cannot be started until delivery has been completed. Once delivered, you have 30 days to request a return of the product(s) you have received.
