1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 We accept returns for items purchased directly from BlueRidge Co.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
1.3 Returns are applicable within 30 days from the date of purchase.
1.4 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process
2.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@blueridgeaccessories.com. Provide your order number, reason for the return, and any supporting documentation.
2.2 Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
2.3 If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
2.4 Ensure that the item is packaged securely and includes all original packaging.
2.5 Drop off the package at your local post office or schedule a pickup.
2.6 Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
3. Return Conditions
3.1 Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items do not meet these conditions.
3.3 Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
3.4 If a discount or coupon was applied to the original purchase, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
3.5 Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Refunds
4.1 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund is approved.
4.2 If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus return shipping costs.
4.3 Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
4.4 If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@blueridgeaccessories.com.
5. Exchanges
5.1 If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above.
5.2 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
6.1 The following items are non-returnable:
Gift cards or digital vouchers.
Downloadable or digital products.
Items marked as sale or clearance.
"Mystery Vehicle" or "Mystery Box" items (Mystery Items).
7. Cancellation Policy
7.1 You may cancel your order before it is shipped and request a refund.

7.3 Orders are considered shipped once a tracking number or shipping label has been generated. After this point, orders cannot be canceled for a refund, and you will need to follow our standard return process.

8.1 BlueRidge Co. reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website.
