BlueRidge Co. proudly offers free worldwide shipping on all orders!

1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

1.1 Order Processing:
Orders are recorded upon placement and are typically processed within 24-48 hours. We do not process or ship orders from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

1.2 Shipping Times by Region:

  • United States: 5-8 days
  • Canada: 7-11 days
  • European Countries (e.g., UK, France, Germany): 6-9 days
  • Asia-Pacific (e.g., Australia, Japan): 5-9 days
  • Middle East (e.g., UAE, Saudi Arabia): 6-9 days
  • Africa (e.g., South Africa, Nigeria): 10-16 days
  • Latin America (e.g., Brazil, Mexico): 7-24 days

Please note, all shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances such as customs inspections or extreme weather conditions may affect delivery times after your order has been processed. We will notify you of any significant delays impacting your shipment.

1.3 Express Shipping:
For those needing their orders prioritized, we offer an Express Shipping option. Choosing this service places your order at the front of our processing queue. Please note, while this typically results in faster dispatch, delivery times may still depend on external factors such as courier performance and regional logistics, which can affect the overall speed of delivery. Express Shipping does not alter the estimated delivery times once the order has been dispatched.

1.4 Carrier Selection:
We use the best available courier services based on the customer’s location to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Specific carrier requests cannot be accommodated at this time.

2. Holiday Shipping Notice:
Increased demand during holidays may extend processing and shipping times. Orders placed on or after December 1st are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.

3. Shipping Rates and Fees

3.1 Customs Fees:
We cover customs duties and taxes for most countries. However, some countries may encounter Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning the customer is responsible for paying any customs charges, duties, or taxes upon arrival.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking may not update during customs clearance but should refresh within 48-72 hours post-clearance.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the postal service. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

BlueRidge Co. will not be held responsible if the customer provides invalid/incorrect shipping information and we cannot recover the package.

6. Order Cancellation

You have the option to cancel your order before it is shipped and request a refund. To request an order cancellation, you can contact us at support@blueridgeaccessories.com.

Please note that an order is considered to be shipped once it has been assigned a tracking number or a shipping label has been generated. Once this point is reached, orders cannot be canceled for a refund.

7. Delivery Attempts and Receiving the Package

Our shipping partners will attempt delivery to the provided address. If unsuccessful, they may leave a notice to reschedule delivery or pick up the package from a designated location.

8. Return To Sender Policy

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details and is returned to us, we do not offer refunds or free replacements.
